Alborg went on to win the Danish Superliga title. The next season Enevoldsen was one of the leaders of the Alborg team that acquitted itself well in UEFA Champions League competition splitting group stage results with Villarreal and Celtic. He arrived to the United States playing for Orange County FC in 2018 and led the team to finish on top of the Western Conference table, ultimately losing to Phoenix Rising in the Conference finals. Enevoldsen registered 21 goals and 10 assists throughout all matches in 2018 and was honored as a member of the USL All-League First Team.
